Executive Board
- The Executive Board shall consist of the following delegates:
- President (Secretary General OF FAE )
- The Secretary General (Italian National Member)
- 4 delegates members:
- 2 of National member from Arab Mediterranean countries
- 1 of National member from European Mediterranean countries
- 1 of the European Engineering organization.
- Elections to the Executive Board shall take place every three years. Candidatures shall be addressed to the President and to the Secretary General.
- Meeting of the executive board shall be convened twice a year.
- Time And Place Of The Meeting Determines after Coordination Between The President And Secretary General.
- The Secretary-General's call for the meeting
Functions of the Executive Board
- The Executive Board shall implement the policies and the decisions of the General Assembly.
- The Executive Board shall take decisions by a simple majority of presents.
- Follow-up work of the Standing Technical Committees is through the Secretary-General
